Ryan and his team exude professionalism and responsiveness. We always felt confident he had our best interest and treated us like family. We had an excellent experience! We live out of state and randomly found these folks on a Google search. So glad we did!
Wyatt went out of his way to help us: taking videos of properties since we couldn’t get to Michigan, problem solving when the title company had trouble during the virtual closing, talking us through how to have a rental property in western Michigan … super helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Phenomenal place to assist you to buy a home. They are very professional & always know how to help. If you don't know an answer to a question trust me ask them they are all trained professionals and will know the answer. We are very happy with them & if we ever need them again. We will go to them!!!! And anyone looking to buy a home we'll also be sending them their way!!! They made the home buying process so much less stressful. Also Wyatt was extraordinary as well.

I just purchased my second home with Ryan's guidance through the process. I had an excellent experience with him the first time and will continue to use his services for my next properties.
Ryan and his team are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and really take care of your preferences. not to mention, his negotiation skills were superb! He was able to get me a great deal on my investment property and I did not even have to travel cross country to see the house. I can describe Ryan as diligent, tenacious, and trustworthy!

Wow! Ryan and the team did an amazing job of helping us find our forever home and selling our starter home. Once we had an accepted offer to buy the next home it was a whirlwind. The sellers required us to have an accepted offer on our house in 7 days and this team got the job done. Ryan even offered to watch our elderly, cancer ridden cat so that we could get the last showing in while we were at work. Even after the closing, Ryan has been available for advice and recommendations. What a caring, professional, and awesome team. 10/10
