About us
At Resolute RDM, we understand that success in investment brokerage starts with building meaningful relationships. Whether fostering strong connections with tenants or collaborating closely with property owners, our approach is rooted in communication, trust, and shared goals. By tailoring our strategies to each client's unique needs, we create value-driven solutions that support long-term success in every transaction and partnership. Tenant-Centric Focus: We prioritize tenant satisfaction, recognizing that strong relationships lead to thriving commercial spaces and long-term occupancy. Owner Collaboration: We work closely with property owners to ensure their goals are met while maintaining the highest level of transparency and service. Goal-driven work creates a clear purpose and ease of client accountability. We work with the client to develop the asset's business strategy and then manage its operations with clear objectives and accountability. Ongoing opportunities: We offer our clients opportunities for investments and work to grow with them and "level up" their portfolios on their timetables. Community Engagement: Our commitment extends beyond closing deals. We actively engage with the communities and markets we serve, creating value for individual properties and the broader commercial ecosystem. I lived enjoyed renting through this company and would most definitely rent through them again. There was miscommunication in the last few months of me staying there but over all a really good company to rent from. Honestly one of the best ones I’ve experienced so far. Very professional and friendly my entire time living there.

Park Place Property Management, this company scams applicants out of their fees as they keep accepting applications and background check fees when they already have leased the property. Nor do they communicate with you about your application, until they send a note that the property isn't available. There communication is Poor and quite frankly Obsolete! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE FRADUALENT SCAMMERS! Do not pay anything in advance because even if they have the property leased they will retain and not return your application fees. They will lie to you and tell you the property was available at the time, but they will never tell you they have numerous applicants in front of you, but will gladly keep accepting numerous payments regardless of the properties status before and after it is leased. They will also keep the listing up and advertised so people seeking rentals will continue to apply. Think about how many realtor sites that are out there on the web, then times that by how many people are charged for the same property. I'm certain this is part of their business model and a great source of revenue for them. They should not be allowed to continue to charge people for a property they are not able to lease. Therefore, I will be making formal complaints with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and filing a complaint with the city’s relevant housing department. I'm extremely interested in seeing how many people are scammed by these "property managers"? How many people do they do this too? Perhaps their is a large group of people that this is and has happened to, perhaps we can bring a larger complaint against them? If this has happened to you please contact me. We shall see, until then HEED MY WARNING - STAY AWAY!!!

Incredible experience working with the team to manage our properties! Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We started working with them in September after our previous property management company told us they were selling out. I've enjoyed working with Ryan, Lanell and Danika, and I'm very thankful for their help working through some difficult issues left behind by the previous pm. Highly recommend!

I'm blown away that this property management company doesn't have all 5 stars. I own property in Indianapolis, but live in different state. I've only had the best experience with Park Place Property. All tenant issues have been resolved quickly. The team found a buyer and a tenant for the home, with both options providing cash flow. Park Place Property provides the service you want as an investor.

***PREVIOUSLY NAMED PARK PLACE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT **
They do not follow deposit laws. They charge the 40$ fee and never give a filter. Still haven't heard from about my deposit lease ended 7/19 it's now 11/14. Just look at the bbb page they dont respond to.
Edit: I religiously paid rent on time cleaned out the apartment because it wasn't ready prior to move in. Now they withholding my security deposit past 45 day period. They never delivered the filters they promised. And I'm out 700+ dollars. Make sure you keep documents/pic when you leave!0
Edit will be taking that response to court. Yes, lanell and danika who I forwarded my pics to! Your co owner who promised to speak with the owner of the Shannon ave property in indpls. This response just further proves what kinda company you're dealing with!
Edit 12/01 Still no refund.

I had a wonderful experience working with Park Place over the past 6-7 years as an out-of-state real estate investor. Ryan Cadwell and his staff were always quick to respond to my emails/inquiries and addressed important issues like tenant turnover, repairs, etc. in a timely manner, which from my experience of having dealt with other PM companies, is not always the case. Further, costs were always reasonable and Park Place doesn't nickel-and-dime you like many other PM companies do.
In the end, I ultimately chose to sell my property and Park Place was even great with their assistance on the sale, from helping me coordinate/complete final repairs to connecting me with a a sales agent. I would highly recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a quality PM in the Indianapolis market.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for this company. I rented my home from them for nearly 7 years and they were always quick to take care of anything needing done. If you’re reading reviews then just understand that not everything bad is really as it seems. Pay on time and if you can’t just communicate and they’ll take care of you. I promise it really is that simple.
