Brett and his team have been so helpful and professional in helping our son who is new to Atlanta with a property RPM Piedmont manages. They have gone out of their way to make the move easy and are quick to respond. Recommend highly!

They allowed a tenant to stay in property for 16 months even though she owed on average between $2000 to $5000 every few months. They never tried to evict her, nor were they proactive in letting me know that she was skipping payments or making partial payments. They allowed her to pay $50 the 2nd month she was there. The rent was $1650. I had to fire them and evict her myself. There is more but this is enough. If I could give them negative stars I would. btw they also ignored my requests and could not show me a standard 60 day notice letter. So basically, they charged me for collecting whatever rent the tenant felt like paying.

Rented from them for a year and had a great experience customer service wise! Application process was smooth and didn’t take forever. The property wasn’t really ideal for me as it was a multi unit and had a lot of younger people partying all the time. But anytime I had an issue which I hardly ever did they would always send someone right out to inspect and they frequently kept up with pest control and maintaining the lawn and grounds! Brent was my main point of contact and he was always very attentive patient and understanding! Would definitely use this company again! Thanks RPMP

Real property management piedmont is one of the worst leasing companies I have ever leased with. The customer service is nonexistent. The back window has been leaking water for months and they have not responded to the maintenance requests, while the wall is actively being ruined. Now I'm trying to vacate the property. After days of emailing and calling with no response I went into the office to be informed by the secretary that they have not even been in the office for weeks. Without being able to contact them I'm not able to rent with a new company because no other company can reach them to verify my rental history. Leasing with them Is like screaming at a rock. They simply do not exist
