I actually think the homeowner for the property I rent is in these reviews talking about how great RPM has been for them. They probably ARE awesome if you're renting your home out. If you're a renter, trying to find a place to stay, look elsewhere. Half of the house doesn't get heat at all. It's been like this since we moved in. In the coldest month, December my power bill nearly doubled. I put a service request in, and the HVAC tech informed us mid January that there is no intake vent in that half of the house to pull cold air out, and one of the ducts connected to the unit in the crawlspace was completely disconnected. I effectively paid 400 dollars to heat the crawlspace. I requested that my power bill get reimbursed, I was assured that it would be repaired quickly, but told they could only offer a 100 dollar credit. It's now February 22nd, the day after "maintenence was scheduled" and I'm about to get my bill for mid January to mid February, while it's been below freezing again. I want my power bill for December reimbursed. It's not unreasonable. I'm at the point that I'm considering small claims because the owner and PM won't hear me. Come August, once the Old Hickory house comes back up, RENTER BEWARE. They don't repair anything cosmetic, and take months to handle the important things. They didn't even do an inspection, clearly, because the HVAC was BADLY installed.

I just signed a lease for a property managed by this company. I was really impressed by how quick and straight forward the process was. Moving always gives me a lot of anxiety, but Brett Harris made it easy. Brett and his team always answer the phone, and he is very responsive by email. I highly recommend Real Property Management Piedmont! It's nice to work with a property management company that is efficient and responsive.

Brett and his team have been so helpful and professional in helping our son who is new to Atlanta with a property RPM Piedmont manages. They have gone out of their way to make the move easy and are quick to respond. Recommend highly!

They allowed a tenant to stay in property for 16 months even though she owed on average between $2000 to $5000 every few months. They never tried to evict her, nor were they proactive in letting me know that she was skipping payments or making partial payments. They allowed her to pay $50 the 2nd month she was there. The rent was $1650. I had to fire them and evict her myself. There is more but this is enough. If I could give them negative stars I would. btw they also ignored my requests and could not show me a standard 60 day notice letter. So basically, they charged me for collecting whatever rent the tenant felt like paying.

We've used Real Property Management Piedmont for the last several months to help manage our home in GA. Brett and his team have been invaluable. They are always communicative and have eased any fear we had about renting our home after moving out of state. Brett is great! Super easy to communicate with. We switched from a large management company and I much prefer working with him. Way more personable. Way less rigid.

Rented from them for a year and had a great experience customer service wise! Application process was smooth and didn’t take forever. The property wasn’t really ideal for me as it was a multi unit and had a lot of younger people partying all the time. But anytime I had an issue which I hardly ever did they would always send someone right out to inspect and they frequently kept up with pest control and maintaining the lawn and grounds! Brent was my main point of contact and he was always very attentive patient and understanding! Would definitely use this company again! Thanks RPMP
