Failed to return full deposit because the items they had on property prior to stay. Took full 30 days to initiate deposit that took 4 days to come.

FOLLWING THEIR RESPONSE TO REVIEW: Yes, I clearly did speak with you and address we left nothing we owned on the property, the items were there when we arrive, including materials left for the remodeling of the house that was never completed during our stay. You said that was the minimum cleaning fee for “sending out the cleaning team” which is crazy. Don’t come with lies to make yourself look good. Never did a move out inspection as listed on the lease or on your website and deposit got returned on day 30 last minute bc your office is crooked. Zero stars really. Lived in the home for a year and got charged $400 for cleaning. DESPITE paying over $300 in cleaning prior to leaving. Was told it’s a “standard fee” for sending a cleaning team to the property. Just ridiculous. Lease says leave in broom clean condition meanwhile the cleaning they’re describing is beyond how we received the property a year ago. Worst communication for repairs. We had a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector go out in April and was never installed again. Don’t trust them.

Well I must say, The best couple to work With. They are professional people who have the best interest in their business and they will always make sure that you are right. Integrity 1st Need some professional advice from this company!

My experience with my apartment and with Real Property Management was overall good. I had some issues along the way, but I always felt that they did their best to solve my problems. And most importantly, I always found them to be responsive, honest, and helpful.

I absolutely love the self touring process. Being able to physically view various properties narrowing down your list of favorable possible homes before actually meeting an agent should've been around loooong ago!!

Real Property Management made renting out our house extremely easy. It was comforting knowing that if any problems arose, they would coordinate repairs and take care of everything.

Fantastic leasing company and landlord. Deb was able to accommodate my unique leasing situation because of an internship. Reasonable rates and no hidden fees. Maintenance request are easy and they respond promptly and in a friendly manner. I can't recommend Real Property Management Consultants enough. I just wish they managed my other property in Wichita Kansas.

I couldn’t be more pleased working with Deb and Rod they are a great team! We were needing a rental quickly after we sold our home and found this property through their advertising. It was highly sought after and Deb was so gracious helping us get through the thorough application process. After being chosen as the lucky tenants working with them has been a seamless, wonderful experience. They have been nothing but professional and responsive. Not only do we like renting with them but if I had a rental property I would most assuredly trust my property to them as a management company!
