Nathan is a gem to work with. I called several companies before I landed with Arrow. They are focused on the entire customer experience. I felt blessed to have found them. I rented my house out for a year and then had Nathan helped me sell it. It closed within a little over a week and although I was in a different state everything went smoothly. If your ever looking for an agent seek him out; he is truly a blessing he is honest and will give sound advice.

The transition to ARROW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT was very smooth. The representative do good job of keeping both the owners and tenants informed.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible experience with these property managers. My air went out and it was out all summer! They harassed me about a spare key they already had, but refused to go in the condo to fix the air…I was staying with my mother for the summer & thankfully so it was too hot to live in the condo. My plants even died it was so hot in the condo. 89 degrees!!! 4 months and change to be exact! When I went to the office Jeff laughed it off and said I couldn’t get out of paying went. But since it was September now it wasn’t going to be hot for much longer… my air went out in early May! I have records of everything! It was only when I began the process to sue them that they fixed the air. Then jacked my rent up $300 raising my rent to $1500 to get there revenge. I gave them 30 days notice that I would be moving out via email and received no reply. When I moved out they expected me to pay rent. I certainly did not. I was with Exit Reailty for 4 years and never had a problem. My agent retired and it was transferred over to Arrow (after signing the lease with Exit) I never signed a lease with Arrow they were that bad! Moved after living there for 5 years because of horrible service. They are greedy and want rent for nothing. They also refused to give me a copy of my lease after asking several times. Slum Lords is exactly what they are.

Useless property management Gave us wrong code moving in. Terrible communication. Makes promises that they can’t fulfill. Lost my dog because they couldn’t understand that I needed to be home if any contractor comes over. Put a lockbox on our door and left the code for anyone to pull down and unlock it. Didn’t fix anything. Absolutely terrible any 5 star reviews for them have to be their own people making them. Useless.
