The faceless ownership should be ashamed and are apparently in over their head on this Rockbrook Lewisville property.

I scheduled a viewing at a property that was managed by this company. I confirmed it 2x through text, waited at the property for someone to show up…nothing! No human contact from start to finish. Office is always “outside normal business hours”. I wasted over an hour of my Saturday because of this shoddy customer service. Seems like another company using AI to avoid customers and the result is the worst experience ever. If I had a property that I needed managed, I would NEVER use this company.

They handle the full application process including: screening, credit checks, income, pets, and more! They are very knowledgeable in all of the fair housing do's and don'ts so we don't have to worry that we are violating any laws. The feed back they provide from prospective tenants is invaluable as well as their recommendations on what we can and should be charging for rent.
