They close on a condo pain over $20000 more than the value of the condo. Without consulting with us first now we are twenty thousand dollars out of pocket and doesn't even have On the place that we did even want

I've bought 2 and sold 1 with Middy's expert guidance. She's always a calm voice of reason with drama free confidence. This last purchase was a competitive situation and she knew which levers to pull to get us the house without going over our budget. To be honest without her sense of urgency and customer service by visiting the house before we had a chance to visit was the only reason we even had the oppourtunity. From a selling perspective, her photography, virtual tour, and marketing were a clear differentiator.

Middy Matthews was great! One of their recommendations was a top agent in our area whom I had heard of previously. We used them and they were on top of everything, plus they kept in touch with us to make sure the process was going smoothly. We sold our home for a great price and saved on commissions!

When we decided to make a move, we talked to a professional. We thought, maybe we will move in a year. Middy was so helpful in giving us information and people to talk to, to make sure that we were taking the right steps for this future decision. She listened to what we wanted and we only saw houses that met our needs. We had specific needs but when we saw the house we wanted, she made sure that we did everything possible to higher our chances at getting in. We made one offer on our dream house and now we've been living in it for a few months. She also gave us ideas on how to fix our old house, she sold that too! We couldn't have had a better experience with Middy and Arbor Move. Thank you!

I'm writing this review because of the ridiculous amount of targeted junk mail this business has sent me.
My first review was taken down (but it still shows up on my profile). Somehow they are able to remove any review that is remotely negative on Google. Don't trust their 5-star reviews. Don't trust this company.

Middy Matthews is AWESOME! She sold our house in a week and got us a fair price and it is kind of the end of the season, so it was a special, special experience for us!!!!!!

Middy is definitely the shark you want in your corner. We have experience firsthand with Middy with our successful home purchase, and second-hand through a close friend with whom Middy helped sell a home. Both experiences were stellar. For our home purchase, Middy was on-the-ball every step of the way, and had an arsenal of top notch resources for us to use. Our lender experience was great, as was our inspector- both recommended by Middy. In a competitive market where it seems there are more real estate agents than there is real estate- one must choose wisely! Middy has our highest recommendation. Despite being busy with her success as a realtor, she was available for last-minute appointments and was a fast communicator.
With my friend's home sale in Ypsilanti, Middy was able to sell the house for $18K more than my friend expected. She had suggestions for easy updates that really made already-solid house more appealing. She was the second agent my friend worked with. The first agent had much, much lower expectations for the sale price and did not have any witty ideas about simple updates. Nor did they have the kind of technology Middy offers her clients such as walk-through videos for the listing! She stays current with technology and is a professional photographer- she has the best tools for the job and clearly knows how to optimize them in her field.

Have just recently worked with them to acquire a unit for rent. He has been very helpful and quick to response. I would definitely recommend middy Matthews.
