About us
I specialize in helping investors build their wealth, mainly with the buy-and-hold strategy in the Houston area. I own 5 long-term rentals of my own, and I look forward to sharing with you how I and my investor clients have been successful. I strive to have all the attributes of a realtor working for you. I have an investor mindset. I know the basics of return on investment, appreciation, making offers, and what properties are currently renting for. I am highly responsive, honest, and have integrity. My livelihood depends on my client’s success. I have a pulse on the local market. I am very hands-on; you will be dealing with me from the initial investment strategy session to closing, and I will remain your real estate resource after closing. If you choose for me to contact you, I will reach out to schedule an investor strategy session via Zoom or over the phone, where we will go over your goals and see if we would be a good fit to work together. I do not specialize in off-market properties or working with wholesalers.

I purchased a home with Brandon in early June of 2022 in Rice Military. He was outstanding to work with from day 1. He took time to listen to my preferences and sent me daily updates lists of properties. Despite at the time having a very hot housing market in Houston, Brandon always made me feel like a priority. He has continued to provide sound advance post purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the Greater Houston area.

Brandon was recommended to us through the Dave Ramsey site. We were overwhelmed and full of questions as first time homebuyers in a new city. Brandon was incredibly responsive during our time with him (within seconds!). He helped us negotiate and close on a house so quickly during a highly competitive buying time. His patience and willingness to help guide us through the process, his expertise in our area, and his Dave Ramsey provider endorsement guided us to the most perfect first house of our dreams! We will definitely use Brandon when its time to re-sell and recommend him to anyone who is in the buying/selling process.

What an amazing team! Selling our home was a breezy process when we worked with Brandon, Sarah, and their team. I believe it's because he has systems in place from start to finish and communication, which is key, was top notch. The Scott Property Group assisted me with both a home sale and new purchase. For the sale - they moved quickly, had top-notch photos and videos taken of my home, and hosted an extraordinarily successful open house, which scored multiple offers in the first 3 days on the market. On the purchasing side, Brandon was by our side throughout all steps of the process. Sarah and Brandon have a fantastic support team reassuring us of the process along the way. They are a fun and friendly team you will enjoy working with, but can also feel confident they will sternly advocate on your behalf when necessary. Thank you!!!!!

Scott Property Group are the best team we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Brandon did a fantastic job of helping us find the perfect neighborhood and home to raise our daughter in. Through the entire process they were very attentive to our needs, questions, and kept us informed on the status of everything every step of the way. Brandon never had a problem promptly and completely answering all our questions, sometimes repeatedly. Brandon’s use of technology was a real asset to the whole process as it allowed us to quickly move forward once we decided on the house that was for us. He was recommended to us by several friends and we would without any reservations recommend Scott Property Group to family and friends that are even thinking of buying a home.

Working with Scott Property Group was the best decision my family could have made in regards to selling our home and purchasing a purchasing a new one. Brandon's knowledge, skill set and willingness to answer any questions we had made the whole process quick and painless.
