Just wanted to quickly write a thank you note for addressing the maintenance request with the promptness and care you guys did. The contractor (Evolution Construction) was not only professional and neat while working, he also provided ETA that were reasonable and kept them. It’s hard to find good contractors but obviously you dont have that problem!

PMI Contra Costa (and Neil specifically) has been a fantastic group to work with as we move into a new rental! They have everything so streamlined, protected, and easy, it's made a usually stressful process of finding a new place and moving into a very simple way! They were very professional; perfect accounting; and gave us peace of mind if any issues ever came up.

Very thankful for PMI and their team. On multiple occasions they have been very attentive to our needs and requests in the home we are renting and find resolutions very quickly. Based on property management experiences I’ve endured in the past PMI is definitely a reputable company and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long term rental.

We have been a tenant of one of PMI’s properties they manage in San Ramon for about 6 months now. The move in process was straight forward. Hosein was helpful throughout. Even after the initial move in, we have had 2 issues with the property, both issues have been dispatched and out next day. I am extremely pleased with how they handle everything. This is our first place we are renting on our own and it completely reassures us that we made the correct decision. I highly recommend them for any rental property they have available. I look forward to hopefully renewing our lease with PMI.

As a renter of one of their properties for the past 2.5 years, I can say that PMI is an awful company to work with. Very unethical, doesn't manage contractors well, allowing them to charge fraudulent charges to the homeowner/resident. Multiple items we've needed to be performed over the 2.5 years is often contested regardless of whether it's right/wrong. Always trying to put blame on the renter when work needs to be done due to prior substandard contractor work or normal wear/tear.

PMI is awesome. I am near 50 years old now and I have rented many times. PMI is amongst the best of landlords I have had. They respond quickly to resolve issues and you can conduct all of your rental activity online including making rent payments. They are kind and courteous and in the rare times they need to access the property, they give plenty of advanced notice.
I have also owned two homes. With knowing how well PMI conducts their business, I'd be happy to use them for any future property management needs.

We were recommended to PMI by our friend. Renting property is definitely not an easy task, yet Hosein made it seamless. He was always on top of everything, very responsive, cared about our property and super honest. I highly recommend PMI Contra Costa if you want peace of mind, great value, professionalism.
Update: Has been 3 years with PMI, they are doing a fantastic job.
