Sean Ross and Ryan McGlone are first class all the way. They represented us in our Bend house purchase and went above and beyond our expectations all the way through the process. Sean was tireless at showing so many options to us and was always forthright with us if anything was not up to the specs that we had asked for.
Ryan has volumes of stats and local knowledge; his insight was invaluable in discussions about pros and cons of various neighborhoods and in negotiation tactics.
The rest of their team also are super detail oriented; they made sure all the t’s were crossed and i’s dotted.

I am honestly at a loss for words describing how Ryan and his team handled the sale of our home. We had a VERY difficult situation with our home sale - and when I say difficult I mean like nightmare anxiety attack inducing stuff. The McGlone Group went SO above and beyond the expected and handled everything with patience and attention. Seriously - I have never experienced anything like it and I probably won't again! Ryan is helpful, knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. You will not find a better real estate agent!

The McGlone Property Group was fantastic to work with. Jana and Ryan were very knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely thorough. Jana’s warm demeanor and focused attention to the task at hand made our house buying experience almost pleasurable. Ryan’s attention to detail and knowledge of the market meant we could trust we were going to find a great house at a fair price. 10/10 I would recommend the McGlone group to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy experience.

We have purchased two homes through Ryan and his team. He understands the nuances and details that I wouldn’t immediately think of. He’s easy to work with and well connected in all aspects of the home purchase process.
Ryan never hesitated to go check out a house with us and would give us immediate and helpful feedback. He is incredibly transparent and a great communicator.

We have used Ryan's group for two home purchases and one sale. We had a simultaneous sale and purchase last year. Ryan's team kept both transactions on track making the whole process as stress free as possible. The whole team's professionalism, knowledge and integrity can't be beat. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend! Ryan and his team are amazing. I appreciate Ryan's attention to detail and his data-drive decisions combined with his overall knowledge and people skills. Ryan is fair and thoughtful as well as thorough and responsive, and he mentors his team members to be this way as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat and still go to Ryan and his team for recommendations and referrals because I trust them completely.

Ryan from McGlone Property Group is the hands-down best realtor we've worked with. He knows Bend inside out and really got what our family needed in a home. He guided us through everything, even going the extra mile during our build. The guy's so good we even ended up as friends. If you're moving to Bend, definitely give Ryan and his team a shot.

Ryan and his team worked with us for almost 4 years as we considered moving to Bend from Hawaii. Ryan's knowledge of the area is extremely helpful, he had often been in the homes we were interested in seeing, had good honest recommendations about the neighborhoods, and helped guide us to the right neighborhoods for our family's wants and needs. We worked closely with Sophia and Sean throughout most of the process, and cant say enough good things about this team. They worked so hard for us. In addition to being very knowledgeable they are also just great people, patient with us as we changed our minds about moving several times, and just genuinely friendly. This really meant a lot to us as we navigated making such a big decision for our family.
