Our family was under an intense time frame and Bill made it happen!
Everyone at Aceland helped to solve any issue that arose.

I highly recommend Peter Vander Valk and his team. Purchasing a home is already a stressful process, so working with the right team is important. He made the entire financing process smooth, was responsive and got the job done.

These guys are the real deal. I had an exceptionally difficult VA Loan, and 4 other brokerages weren't able to get it done, despite telling me over and over that they could. Aceland not only got it done, but made it as effortless and seamless as possible. We finally closed two days ago, and definitely couldn't have done it without them. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a mortgage. Thank you Aceland Mortgage (special shout out to Maha, Jon, and Bill! You all were great!)

We first used Chris as first-time homebuyers when we purchased our home in January of 2019. He helped my husband have some weird error removed from his credit report, which boosted his score and got us the best rate on our loan. Since then (it is now June of 2021), he has kept an eye on our loan, and we have refinanced twice with him as rates dropped. There is a reason we have stuck with him! He is exceptionally patient, always answers our questions, and helps us find the very best rates and loan terms. We have personally recommended him to many of our friends, who have also been happy with his expertise. Chris works hard for his clients; he is trustworthy, responsive, and an all-around great guy.

What can I say? If you want someone who is fair, honest, a great communicator, responsive and efficient, this is your stop! Chris was AWESOME and helped me through what can be a super stressful process, with ease. He was super clear about my options, helped me figure out the best road to take and then followed through with seamless communication. I REALLY enjoyed working with Chris and he is 100% who I will use for my next refinance, or financing needs!

Bill and Chris made the entire house buying experience easy! From walking us through multiple buying options to calling us on our closing day to congratulate us, we couldn't have been happier with their service. Both Bill, Chris and their team are very responsive and work to get you the best deal, rate and more. They're passionate about their work and we could tell right away. Bill and Chris made sure to set up phone calls through each phase of the purchase to walk us through all documents and answer any questions. They made one of the biggest purchases of our lives stress free!

Chris Amodeo was wonderful to me and my family! He truly looked out for our best interest when getting our home loan. When I had questions about comparing interest rates with other lenders, He and his partner Bill were more than willing to explain my options. Working with Bill Halick at Aceltis Financial Group was excellent - my husband and I just bought our first home last month, and he was our full service realtor/mortgage professional. He walked us through the entire mortgage process since this was our first home and we were not familiar with any of the process. Bill was very responsive to all our questions throughout, is very positive and energetic and he helped us get an excellent rate for our 30 year fixed rate mortgage. If you are buying a home in Essex county, we recommend Bill Halick.
