I've Invested passively with Elevate and their team has been top notch. They send very detailed updates on a monthly basis. The multifamily asset is performing as planned and Elevate has been able to execute their business plan quicker than I thought. I'm looking forward to continuing to invest with the Elevate team and highly recommend them.

Brian is a professional and has scaled quickly. The number of solid deals rolling through the pipeline are increasing. His hustle and desire to succeed are difficult to match. Strong ethics and accountability are two major factors I require when considering an investment. Brian easily meets these standards.

Jorge is great to work with. Always promptly response and constantly keep you up to date with all the development. Unexpectedly received a binder in the mail recently about the latest project we just closed upon. It was thoroughly put together. It made me feel like I am truly an owner not just another investor. Looking forward for the next project!!!!
