Shelly is the best! She went above and beyond in selling our home which we had been renting out for 15 years. As a Realtor myself in another state, I know just how far above and beyond she went in taking care of everything for us. We are out of state and did not even have to travel back to Abilene to take care of all the repairs, painting, cleaning, etc. Shelly knows local contractors and she knows the market. She gave us several options (low, medium, high) on how much we wanted to put into getting it ready to list, and how much we could expect to list it for, per each option. We wanted to get it back in shape so Shelly went to work coordinating that in a very efficient way. She is very thorough, timely, and detail-oriented and the entire process of the sale was painless for us. Definitely want to point out her experience as a military spouse as well. We've known her for a long time and highly recommend her.
