Belle Tunstall helped us twice to find a rental in the Fairfax area. The first move was interstate from Massachusetts and we met with Belle through several visits. She listened to our concerns and needs and was very helpful and professional during the process. She responds promptly to texts and adjusts the search to individual preferences. We fully intend to buy a house within the next 18 months with her help.

I met Belle at my son & daughter-in-law’s first home purchase. During their final walk through and closing, I witnessed an obvious higher standard for excellence and efficiency. Belle’s attention to details provided for an overall smooth transaction. I chose to access Belle and her resources to sell my Tysons luxury condo and again she provided fabulous results. She was very responsive and offered valuable insight that led to the ultimate sale. Belle is easy to work with and demonstrates exceptional skills-especially with follow up and follow through. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

We were lucky to work with Sarah Thabault when looking for a house. It was our first experience shopping for house in USA and Sarah went above and beyond in helping us during entire process. She explained every detail and provided great advice while preparing an offer, remained in touch 24/7 to address all the questions we had, and patiently replied to the same questions again and again. She is extremely knowledgeable in her area but what was more important for us very nice person. She is proactive but at the same time not pushy. She is careful in details and indeed was putting all possible efforts to find the place which would fit all our requirements. If we ever shop for house in area again we would work only with her.

We met with her at one of the open house. Than we were shopping around and looking for other properties and identify that she is the broker we want to move forward with.
Starting from first meeting Sara was very professional, productive and a good listener to our needs. Within couple of days she mail to us list with attractive properties that even was not listed yet. She was so easy going and picky to all details, that I can’t find more words than amazingly incredible! She assist us on all the steps in buying process. Made our offer strong, got insides of seller. Guide us either all aspects.
Sara overcome our expectations and made more. Buying process goes smoothly and joyfully.

We worked with Sarah Thabault to purchase a property in Virginia for $50,000 BELOW asking price.
Sarah was immensely helpful, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the process. Because our purchase included land and a building that requires significant rehab, Sarah even helped us identify the special inspections, trades, and other issues we might not have otherwise known about.
My wife and I were also very busy with work and our young child and Sarah kept the process moving. She reminded us when things were due, made sure everything was scheduled, and followed up on every aspect of the purchase. There was a lot of follow up.
Honestly, without Sarah’s diligence, we never would have purchased the property just because we might not have followed through with everything on our end.
On a few occasions, when Sarah did not know the answer to Something, she was open about that, went and found out the information we needed and then explained, not just the answer, but how she arrived at it and who she spoke with. This made me feel extremely comfortable
In real estate, where there are very few right answers, it’s all about feeling comfortable with the decisions you make. Sarah made that possible.
I strongly recommend Sarah and I’m happy to be a reference for her.

Belle was an outstanding agent! We decided to list our home last minute and move down south. Belle showed up to our house, gave great recommendations on what we needed to do to get the house in great condition to sell and three weeks later it was on the market and we received an offer the same day! She’s very knowledge, organized and professional! We would definitely use her again if we were still in the area!
