About us
I specialize in the markets East of Austin, primarily Bastrop County. I have been one of the top agents in the County for over 6 years and am an experienced investor as well. I have completed hundreds of transactions, and currently own both short term and long term rentals. I have done many fix and flips as well and have lots of connections with builders, contractors, sub contractors, title companies, banks, lenders and hard money lenders. I have connections with the local wholesalers, and have a ton of experience helping investors of all categories.

I had a downright awful experience working with Kenny Timerman. Even though he claims to specialize in the markets east of Austin and states he’s been a top agent there for over six years, our interactions felt more like a constant uphill battle. I’m an investor myself and was hoping to benefit from his supposed track record of completing hundreds of transactions. But from the start, it felt like all of those connections with builders and contractors he touted ended up being a meaningless list of names I never saw him actually leverage. One big problem I ran into was lack of communication. It reminded me of a friend who once told me they had a similar agent who only communicated when it was time to replace them.. and that’s exactly what happened to me. When I told him about our concerns, I got rude replies or none at all. It left me feeling like I was just a commission check waiting to clear. It was really disappointing coming from someone who says they own both short-term and long-term rentals and “know exactly what investors need.” Could it get any worse if you choose to work with this agent?
