Allow us to be your boots on the ground to save you the time you deserve. We specialize in management of single-family homes in Bellingham, taking a proactive approach to your property investment. Maintenance is the single most important aspect of your property. It can be a make or break for any deal. Staying ahead of maintenance and capital improvements is crucial in optimizing your investment, while retaining residents longer and reducing vacancy. Communication is key to any business relationship. However, it is paramount when you own an investment home and are handing over the keys to your investment to a property manager. Documentation is crucial for us in allowing you to understand where your investment is at throughout the year. We keep your online portal accurate and up to date, allowing you to pop-in from anywhere to see the status of your investment. We will earn your business day in and day out with our month-to-month management agreements. Managing someone's investment is a great responsibility, and it can't be taken lightly. We want to have the opportunity to steward it for you.

Patos Property Management contacted me to be a a property maintenance vendor last year. Since then I’ve learned that their philosophy is: great communication, prompt solutions for tenants and owners and quality care and maintenance the first time. Their communication is consistently quick and detailed, with a user friendly system for tenants to report maintenance needs and vendors to address those needs quickly. It is rare to find a management company that puts such care into their tenants. I’m very impressed by their company and I recommend rental property owners to talk to Patos for management needs!

Dane helped us find our perfect home and made the move in process easy. He also provided some thoughtful touches, like installing curtain rods for every window, before our move in. We’d highly recommend!

I've tried two other property managers and can honestly say that Patos Property Management is heads above everyone else. Switching to Patos is like putting your car in cruise control... every aspect is anticipated and handled with professionalism. Tenants are happy since their concerns are dealt with promptly and bookkeeping is straight forward and easily accessed. I give Patos Property Management and Dane Larsen my highest recommendation.

Without even meeting with us and only after a 10 minute phone conversation, Dane understood what we were looking for. It was the perfect rental for my husband’s move from New York to Bellingham. The leasing process went smoothly and all the required work that needed to be done before the move in date was done on time.
Dane was always quick to respond to my never ending inquiries, always courteous and respectful. It has now been several months and we are very happy with our choice. The contractor and the team hired by Patos Management are also awesome. I would recommend Dane Larson and his team to anyone looking for a place in and around Bellingham.

Dane is an amazing ambassador to Bellingham and Washington. Moving a long distance was a daunting task, but having a solid connection like Dane and Patos Property Management made the home finding process of the move so much less stressful. He was willing to work with us, and helped us find a beautiful rental. I would highly recommend Patos if you’re looking to move/rent in the Bellingham area.

Dane is a super star property manager. We had to deal with a change of ownership during our lease term of the unit we were renting and were lucky the new owners chose Patos for managing the place. Dane is super communicative and helpful as we navigated that somewhat turbulent experience. For renters who are used to vulture-like management companies like Lakeway Realty, Patos Management feels like renting from a private landlord. Very personal and helpful and not trying to squeeze you for every penny they can. We had a great experience.

I rented from Dane starting March 2022 for about a year and a half, and had a great experience! Dane was always super responsive, friendly, and professional. The property I stayed at was wonderfully maintained and Dane was very involved in making improvements. It's clear how much he cares about his property and tenants. 5/5 experience! :)
