About us


Centurion Real Estate Management, LLC is a full-service property management company. We have years of experience in the business and are rapidly growing throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. We manage everything from residential houses, small-plexes, condos, multifamily apartment complexes and large multifamily apartment communities as well as large commercial buildings.

Centurion specializes in customer service. We believe that personal and personable interaction with tenants helps to ensure a happy tenancy and fewer vacancies.

Our highly trained team of uniformed maintenance technicians are capable of handling all general maintenance work orders, along with a great network of outside vendors. We are available 24/7 to handle any “emergency”, however, we work hard at preventative maintenance and regular thorough on-site inspections to help eliminate problematic situations.

This company knows how to profit off of low income properties and take advantage of thier tenants. If you research this companies history with thier tenants you will not want to rent under thier management. They try to fleece you when you move out. They don't place money or effort in improving the property. If they do they do it cheaply and it takes years. They rent out the property at a low price and then raise the rent up yearly, full percent. This company is monopolizing buildings and neglecting habitability laws. Prepare yourself before you encounter them. I feel bad for anyone living under thier contract.

I wanted to make this review based on my experience with Centurion maintenance today. Today I had (i believe his name is) Jose fix a few issues and I must say i was very pleased with how polite, respectful, and professional he was! He was really great on keeping me informed on everything including time frames on things he would be working on. Im Beyond happy with the service I received today and he gets a 10/10 rating from me today!

This Co is so dishonest run if you see a rental available by them . They returned 542 out of $:3400 saying a list of things that were either done I did a lot of it myself, or that way when we moved in. The one that got me the most was we were charged for landscaping maintenance that was paid for by the owner. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give any lower but I would give them a -50 stars. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

If it would let me I would give 0 stars. Rented an apartment in Dallas not the best apartment but the fact it is 1) I spent two days cleaning the supposed to be clean apartment. Get charged the $350 cleaning fee on my a clean apartment. 2) cabinets and countertops were messed up upon move in that I have pictures of and they still tried to change me over $700 on painting them. 3) I had a pet she was 13 when I moved in small dog didn’t mess anything up they keep the $400 pet deposit. 4) took over a month to to replace the broken stove. Also over a month to fix my bathroom sink. Yes bathroom sink I couldn’t turn it on without my whole floor being covered with water. I had to fight with them for weeks about getting the deposit back. 3 weeks ago was the last time the sherry lady replied to an email once I said that was fine she just stopped emailing me back. I paid $2500 to move in to this apartment and the only gave me back $400 how in the carp was it $2,100 to clean an apartment with hard wood floors and less than 700 square feet. DONOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM LOARDS!!!!

Walter was very nice and helpful. He fixed my sink that was leaking and the stove filter as well as the drywall near the stairs. Quick and responsive. Very professional.

Centurion is such an amazing company! I put in a work order for my toilet being clogged Jorge came out right away and made sure to fix the problem he was polite and sanitized all the surfaces when he was done! I highly recommend not only Centurion but Jorge as well. I’ve had such a great experience. Thank you again Jorge.
