I was an investor who lost money on a property and UDirect made me pay to have an assessment done on the property which cost me $650 to have the account at a 0 balance. I told them I wanted the account closed and they did not mention additional fees to close the account. When I followed up to see if account was closed they then say.. you have to pay $175 to close the account. They are ripping customers off. All other investors who used IRA funds from other companies supplied K1’s and didn’t have to go through this. Even the IRS accepts K-1’s on taxes. Stay clear of UDirect!!!
