About us
Hello! My name is Robert Herrick. I have been a real estate agent in the Los Angeles and Southern California area since 2017 and an investor since 2019. As an agent I specialize in house hacking, buy and holds, development projects and long/med/short term rentals. In the past year alone I have helped several clients find great rental opportunities, many of whom are first time home buyers. I am also very familiar with fix and flips, BRRRR’s, and ADU’s. My brokerage is Keller Williams and my team, The Grant Linscott Group, is currently in the top 1% of all Keller Williams teams in the country. We sell properties all over the city and consistently have over 15 listings on the market at any given time. As an investor I completed my first flip in 2019. I spent a good amount of my COVID quarantine time taking classes on various investing practices in real estate and reading several books. I have flipped several homes, both in and out of state, I have constructed ADU’s, BRRR’d a home, and own 2 buy-and-hold multifamily properties. I have also been listening to Bigger Pockets for years and love it!

What we appreciated most was his honesty and ability to keep it real! He never overpromised and delivered on his commitments. His availability and quick responses, even while on vacation, truly set him apart. It meant so much to us to have an agent who made us feel heard and valued.

I had a great experience working with Rob! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding a home. He really took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and his knowledge of the market was impressive.
What stood out the most was his attention to detail. During home tours, he pointed out small details we might have missed, like the condition of fixtures, potential maintenance issues, and even the layout’s functionality. He also made sure we asked the right questions to make informed decisions, which was invaluable as first-time buyers.

Robert was truly amazing; he went above and beyond. Selling my condo in West Hollywood while not being in California was daunting, but Robert made it seamless. His communication skills are exceptional, and he was there every step of the way, even handling packages and access to my unit when I couldn't.
Robert's dedication and professionalism made the process so much easier. His teamwork is commendable; he works with an incredible team that ensures everything runs smoothly.
