Service was swift and efficient. Secured new good tenants within a week of contacting Desentia Group. I was able to rent my property for almost 20% higher than the area average. No complaints.

I highly recommend going through the screenshots below before considering hiring Akeba and her team. I initially found her on thumbtack a year ago and was quickly asked to leave a review which I politely declined since I needed to see what kind of relationship we’d have after 3 months. I then left a very generous 3-star review expressing concern about their communication style. It turned out I had amazing tenants who struggled to speak coherent English but they were honest. My 3-month review was blamed on them not speaking English. I let that slide. Recently, things have just gone from bad to ugly. I am accused of being anxious and expecting to be treated like I am the only client but that’s not true. Yes, I am a single mom of a special needs child who’s a one-woman show and have a lot on my plate but i am also cognizant of that. For Akeba to gaslight me and accuse me of expecting more than her other clients is beyond me. When I check all socials, there aren’t any reviews probably because they were all deleted. The few reviews u remember seeing on Thumbtack were negative but I was desperate when I found her and needed to get a tenant into my condo asap. I wanted to share the messages below to highlight what Akeba’s strengths and weaknesses are. I understand it is all subject to interpretation but most humans just want to treat one another with kindness and respect.
PS - the company prides itself in being cheaper than the others but I don’t recall evidence of a single inspection even though I had tenants that lived in there for six months.
