Our Investor Team specializes in wholesale deals (assignments, novations and double closings); distressed properties and sales such as foreclosures, tax sales and auctions; and creative financing such as subject to, seller financing, entity transfers, more. Eastern Title and Settlement were extremely helpful and easy to work with during our closing! We are eternally grateful that they were able to get us to closing on time, because we had some unexpected issues when trying to gather our documents from the banks - and we had waived our financial contingency, so we were a bit stressed. Thankfully, Holly was very responsive via email and patient in answering all our questions throughout the process. Thank you again!

Eastern processed a quick sale of my property. There were fast, efficient, and easy to use. Additionally, the remote notary service they used was phenomenal in exceeding my expectations!

I had the pleasure of working with Holly Duong as the listing agent on a transaction and I was thrilled with the professional service she provided every step of the way. She had amazing communication and in the rare case when there was something she didn’t know the answer to she quickly worked to find out for us. Can’t wait to work another deal with her!

Me and my wife had the opportunity to work with Eastern tittle and settlement this week which was a pleasant experience.
Easter tittle staff are very experienced, knowledgeable and having excellent communication skills answering their customers questions.

Rachel is the Queen of Coordination.
Rachel made challenges look easy, coordinating a closing with 3 states involved like a champion and at lower cost than the last 2 closings the same borrowers closings also in MD in 2023 & 2024.
I hope to & look forward to working with Rachel again and again!!
