I had a wonderful experience working with Lee Ritchie! She sold my downtown condo incredibly quickly, demonstrating her expertise and market knowledge. Throughout the entire process, Lee was personable, smart, and exceptionally attentive. My husband and I moved from out of town after having a baby. Lee was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect home in a difficult market. She took the time to show us several houses and did FaceTime tours for houses that we could not be at in person. Lee also worked hard to answer all of our questions and was always willing to reach out to the seller to get more information. I trusted Lee’s opinion on the houses and to give up to date information on the market. She always did research and came back to us with quick with answers. I would recommend Lee to anyone looking to buy a new house!

I was a remote seller so I looked up Lee on yelp and found her to be exactly what the others had said. Very engaging and had a great system of connections to get me the resources I needed to sell my home while being remote. The contractors she suggested were wonderful. She gave the listing the attention needed quickly and efficiently. She made the process easy and to my benefit. Home was sold quickly at the expected price and the paperwork was a breeze. Everything on the checklist was a positive.

We recently purchased a condo in Columbus and we are very fortunate to have had Lee represent us as our Realtor. We relocated from Northeast Ohio and we knew Columbus would be a challenging market.
During our first meeting Lee gained our confidence that she would be able to help us find a new home. She was interested in understanding what we were looking for and when we found it, it was very clear that Lee was on our side during the negotiation. Lee and her team made the closing seamless and stress free.

Lee was wonderful to work with. She is very professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She easily educated me on the process. Lee works hard, is kind, quick to respond, and has great communication. I was managing this sale from out of state and she kept me updated on every step. Handling things paperless was a real bonus! I feel very strongly that the sale would not have happened with out Lee and her team!

Lee and her team are great to work with. Excellent communication without overwhelming you. Really felt she had my best interest in mind and there was a 'no pressure' attitude. She answered all my questions and explained every step of the way. Very happy with my seller's experience and would recommend Lee to others. Would definitely work with Lee again, if I ever move back to the area.
