Nicole is a great realtor! She cares about her clients needs and works tirelessly to insure they are met. We loved looking at homes with her she is knowledgeable and just plain fun to hang out with. The only downside to The wonderful new home she helped us find is that we won’t get to drive around the county and look at houses with her anymore! At least not until we get some rental properties someday hopefully sooner rather than later!

American West Reality is the best! They have the most advanced and user friendly technology of any company I have ever rented from. When I submitted a maintenance request it was seamless and transparent. Paying my rent couldn’t get any easier either. 5 stars

I rented a home here in Cody for about 3 years before the property was acquired by American West Realty. At the time, the rent was well below Market value. American West worked with me on rent increases while still giving me more than equitable annual cost increases. Thank you, American West Realty. Moreover, their policy offerings and the on-line monthly rental payment Portal made all interactions timely and super simple. this is important; contracting with American West Realty and Management and making the monthly payments boosted my credit score. That's huge. This is professionalism. A couple of personal thanks are in order: Thank you Nathan for the letter of recommendation on my tenancy. A special thanks to Nicole, my personal property Rep from American West Realty. Nicole worked with me closely prior to and through on my exit strategy. She made clear all policies. I have also had a great experience thus far with this company in terms of prompt response to the many questions I had upon moving into our new place.
