I am an IRS Enrolled Agent with 25+ years of tax and financial planning experience. I specialize in Real Property Assets, including short, mid, and long-term rentals. I am also an expert on creating investment structures, including the Series LLC, and ways to reduce taxes on real estate investments. This was my first year doing taxes with Lisa and it was a breeze (which is something I never thought I'd say about taxes)! I was concerned about filing taxes for the first time with a new and out of state rental property, but Lisa was able to guide me through this process easily. Lisa possesses a wide array of knowledge about tax preparation, wealth management, investment strategies and more!
