I’m a first time real estate investor, and Caleb made this process as easy as possible for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing and of the area, which was very helpful for an out of state investor such as myself. He was quick to respond to any of my many questions. Caleb helped me navigate through negotiations and inspections and provided me his feedback. He helped me get my first property, then 3 weeks later I closed on my second property! He is just truly a great person, a hard working man, and it’s been a pleasure working with him.

I can write so many great things about Caleb, he TRULY was a blessing. Caleb went ABOVE and beyond what was asked of him. I felt so bad for being a somewhat difficult case but Caleb really made it possible for me to purchase my home. Forever grateful and I am definitely recommending him to anyone on their house purchasing journey
