Just started renting with Atlas, so far I have been impressed with their maintenance service. I’ve had them out twice and both times they were on time and did a jam up job repairing what I needed. I’ve had a bad experience with property management company in the past. I hope Atlas restores my confidence in property management companies!

Horrible experience, from move in to move out. Unit was filthy on move in. They kept raising the rent for no reason. And when unit was 90 degrees inside in the summer they took several days just to give us a portable cooler to cool ONE room. On move out they deducted nearly our entire deposit for cleaning when the unit was cleaner than when we moved in.

With the hard year that we have had the Atlas Management Company has been very understanding and supportive to us. We have lived at this location for a very long time and have had many management groups. Atlas is by far the best. We could be out in the streets but they are supportive as long as you let them know what is going on.

Atlas has been a real pleasure to work with the ease of renting the house and moving in with the help they give in their programs it made it very easy financially.
We are given people that will directly work with us on the issues that pop up with the Home and other things, we were given the pleasure of working with Sarah, who has been absolutely incredible With solving the issues rapidly, I couldn’t have asked for better help.
I would definitely rent with Atlas again they are Very thorough and very responsive to any issues.

Everyone at Atlas are great!
We moved into the house early and when we moved out, they allowed us to extend our stay without any questions when our house closing date was delayed. We needed a new dishwasher, they were so quick with making sure we were taken care of.
The online portal is super easy to use and they paired up with Rently, so you can get yourself some gifts with points for paying rent on time.
Overall, great experience. If we are ever in the renting market again, I would definitely reach out to this company.

I've absolutely loved the apartment I've been living in this past year. If it wasn't for an out-of-state work opportunity, I would without a doubt continue living here and renting from Atlas. My building and personal unit have always felt safe and secure. I really enjoy how my studio had great lighting, the kitchen had a nice divider to give some separation to the rest of the room, and I personally love the cool neutral paint colors. If I ever had a question or concern with my unit or the property,
it was always so easy to reach someone at Atlas. The community and management have always been so friendly, I would love to rent from them again if I ever had the opportunity to.

I have rented from them for 8 months now and all I can say is at first I could email or call my property manager and could always get someone on the phone or get a email response. Now it’s impossible to talk to anyone. My pool has only been cleaned 2 weeks out of the last eight and it’s green. I put in maintenance request and they just cancel them and nothing ever gets done. The pool vacuum that was broken when I moved in has been going through their approval process for 8 months and still haven’t been resolved. It is no way to call another atlas office because they all have the same phone number that basically gets you in touch with no one. I am disappointed that a property owner would allow this company to manage any of their properties.

I am editing my review to reply to their comment. How can you ‘improve my experience’? I have moved out and you failed to return my deposit in the time that the law allows. You have let your property slip into such disrepair that I contacted the health and safety department as well as the attorney generals office. What ‘team’ did you make aware of the situation because Jesse and John couldn’t even provide a lockbox without a hassle. Where’s the explanation for the 2nd annual inspection that was so urgently needed to be done 2 weeks before I moved out? This is incompetence at the highest level and you have broken the law.
This is how well they 'manage' their property. I had an annual inspection and then another one 2 months later and was given no explanation for the 2nd one. Atlas is refusing to return my security deposit, violating the Arizona Tenant Act 33-1321.They've lied multiple times for a month now about returning my deposit. Never provided any move out inspection or even a lock box to return my keys.I am so glad to not live at their property anymore.
