Me and my four children has been with turn key properties for two years and we have had a very smooth ride I can’t believe how patient and supportive they have been too us and we can surely appreciate the opportunity to be there tenants and remain they’re tenants I wouldn’t choose no other property management company over them ever and I’m 32 years old I use to move when my lease expired but now I found a company that I’m proudly to say I’ll prefer to buy the homes they share with us because they are safe secure and satisfying for all needs for a single mom with four kids anything ever was needed TurnKey properties has show us who we can always depend on forever and always they make us feel like family and I’m sure of this because me and my friends have them as our landlords and we all have the same suggestion for women with children to move in with this company 🫡

Their lack of communication and customer service is absolutely piss poor. I've tried calling them several times to view an apartment but for some reason I can never get a hold of anyone. The time someone did answer, the lady sounded uncertain, as if she didn't work for company a day in her life. It also doesn't help that there are SEVERAL different contact numbers listed on their website, the property listing photos, Google, etc. Was really hoping I could rent a place with them but after experiencing how hard it is to even reach out to them, I can't imagine dealing them as a future tenant if problem ever arose.
