When my children and grandchildren come to visit, we all love staying at the Penthouse Loft in Old Town. The spacious atmosphere is ideal for hanging out together and it’s also the perfect location for enjoying the activities, restaurants, and parks nearby. The Loft is by far our favorite vacation rental because it feels like we have a small villa all to ourselves with plenty of room for everyone. For kids and adults, it’s a comfortable, unique place to spend time together. The design and organization make it easy to find anything you need and the checking-in and out process is easy to follow.

We had an amazing stay at the Family-friendly Home Near Trails & CSU vacation rental in Fort Collins! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fenced-in backyard was a big bonus for our dog.
One of our favorite features was the nearby walking path, which led to a beautiful park where we enjoyed morning walks with our pup. The quiet, serene neighborhood made it easy to unwind, and we loved the peaceful view of the creek right behind the house.
The interior was just as great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay.
Our host, Stacy, was fantastic! She was quick to respond to any questions and gave us several great recommendations for local brewpubs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the house is ideal—it made it easy to access all the best spots Fort Collins has to offer.
We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our favorite place to stay in Fort Collins is available through Mountain Time and Stacy offers a repeat customer discount, making it all the sweeter of a deal. The place is super clean, well appointed and has a fabulously comfy bed (thank you!). Hands down, our go-to when visiting. Check in/out is a breeze and Stacy is always very quick to respond if we have a question. Highly recommend renting thru Mountain Time.

We spent our 36th anniversary weekend in the lovely Couples Retreat rental. We loved the hot tub, the sauna and the beautiful shower! The room is spacious and comfortable. We were only there for two nights, but the space is set up very well for a longer stay. Everything you'd need is right in the area and it's just a short drive to the sweet old town area of Ft. Collins. There was nothing we didn't like about the Couples Retreat! Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and the support from Mountain Time Vacation Rentals was topnotch!!
We were three business travellers and this house with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us to have the hotel experience with the luxury of a beautiful home and loads of room to spread out. Clean, well equipped, excellent communication, and close to everything in town in Fort Collins. Don’t hesitate, this is a gem!

We stayed at 750 Jerome st unit 6 recently. I noticed in reading through the reviews just now, a review posted three months ago complaining about an ant infestation. The first day I saw a couple centipedes, no big deal. Then we started noticing dead earwigs by the front door and day by day other places in the townhome. It wasn’t until we started to see live ones that we realized there was a problem. The floor has cracks that probably should be sealed as this might be part of the problem or a better seal on the front door. I didn’t notice the place next door having dead earwigs by their front door so I’m not sure why this townhome had them. I did inform Stacy while there and once home and never received a response. There’s a wasp nest in the upper patio fireplace that made it difficult to sit outside. Someone left wasp spray I’m guessing for this reason. I also let her know about the washer machine having what looks like mold on the inside. And about the lower level “bedroom” not having a closet. My husband and I took that room so the kids wouldn’t be alone downstairs. We had to use the shower to hang up our clothes. Stacy needs to let potential renters know that room has no closet so they can decide if they still want to rent it. The room didn’t have a dresser in it. It was too small. Since I can’t get a response from Stacy, I will be contacting the owners as well as the BBB and the city of FC regarding this bug problem.
