About us
Realicore Real Estate Group is a full-service, property management and real estate sales company. Our licensed agents are trained to help you achieve your investing and property management goals for your specific asset type whether it's a single family home or a grocery-anchored shopping center complex. We are headquartered in Downtown San Bernardino, central to the Inland Empire. Realicore has been in operation since 2011 when father and son, Howard Friedman and David Friedman, decided to start investing in the Inland Empire community. Howard Friedman has been in the real estate industry for 35+ years. Howard Friedman is a licensed CPA and specializes in accounting for commercial properties such as CAM and NNN reconciliation. David Friedman has a dual BA in marketing and finance and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) with the Instituted of Real Estate Management (IREM). We look forward to taking on new clients and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. When we aren’t assisting our clients on their next real estate project, we get involved in the community such as: Developing affordable housing, acquiring grants for public art, and you’ll even find us getting our hands dirty volunteering at local community gardens.

David & his team provide top notch property management services. They are thorough & professional. They helped me find a quality tenant & and are always there when any issues arise.

BEWARE of this property management group.
They will install bad tenants, and not monitor the property leading to significant damages.
Then will claim no fault, Read the contract carefully.
They will not conduct inspections as part of their fiduciary duties, and say they did, which constitutes Fraud.
They will not notify you, of anything out of compliance, and you will believe everything is Ok, because rent is coming in.
But in the end your rents will be wiped out by repairs.
These people are so unprofessional it’s laughable.
David Friedman is the king of this racket.
His License isn’t even under his name.

Lydia from realicore was so amazing. She helped with everything when it comes to my deposit when it comes to getting free Boba helping the community she’s a real bright light in this community. Everyone should recognize her for that. She’s very down to earth very caring very empathetic for the people that she tries to get into these homes and office spaces, she truly helped me and my son find a nice secure apartment at an affordable price. She truly is amazing at her job definitely deserves a raise!!! (:

Lydia was amazing! She was so kinda and very informative about the property we got. She allowed the place to be a safe and enjoyable environment and helped us move into the place we are currently at, quickly yet smoothly. I definitely recommend realicore to anyone and everyone who wants to get a place and wants a property manager who is kind, understanding, well trained and overall just a great person.

We love Relicore! Our space is well maintained and the other units are rented, which means business for us. It's important for a business to have a good working relationship with their property management company, David and his team are on it.

If you are looking for a Property Management company, look no further! I've researched many companies and decided to give Realicore a try. Best decision ever! David and Lydia have been great throughout the entire process. They are communicative, responsive and friendly.
