In December of 2023, we started researching property managers as we previously had never owned a long-term rental property. We were relocating for a new job out of state, and had a lot to juggle with getting ready to move and finding a tenant. We immediately were relieved to meet Shawn. He even offered to help us with replacing some of our front yard landscaping as it was an eyesore. In addition, their rates were comparable or better than other property management groups.
