I can't say enough about how incredible my experience was working with Jack. From the start, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and deep knowledge of the local market, which is essential as an out of state investor. Since I couldn't be there in person, he went above and beyond by visiting properties, providing detailed video tours, and offering insightful commentary on each property's potential. His dedication, efficiency and timeliness made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and his local expertise ensured that I was always making informed decisions. Great experience working with Pete. We had a rather rough/long closing period and Pete was awesome along the entire process. Being an out of state investor Pete provided some really great insight that helped fill in a lot of the gaps in my own knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend and I hope I am able to work with again!

Pete has been a pleasure to work with from the first minute to the last. He went above and beyond and was there every step of the way helping and giving advice. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking for a realtor. He was very responsive and I would use him again without hesitation. It is hard finding a great realtor like him.

I met with Jack Krusinski and Luke Schimpf when they came to view the home. Great people, very courteous and knowledgeable. They came back with an offer that was very fair. Luke had kept me up to date on the step by step process every thing would take. Luke has exceptional communication skills to keep you well informed. He has done exactly what he said, which is fantastic when doing any kind of business. I would highly recommend using them for your real estate needs.

Not only did Jack Krusinski help me find the perfect home, but he also managed to negotiate a contract that beat six other offers, including a cash offer and a higher bid.
Jack consistently went above and beyond to assist me in any way he could. He was highly informative, answering all of my questions and offering great recommendations for contractors and services I needed.
