Originally founded by Tami and Tom Morgan in 2004, the company is now owned by Angie and Ryan Boots. The business was founded out of the need for a strong property manager to manage their own large rental portfolio. A manager who understood the challenges and risks associated with owning residential and multi-family rental properties across Indiana. Having found no one at the time that could adequately manage rent collecting, tenant relations, and repair challenges particularly within the most difficult categories of real estate, Morgan Properties was born. With the mission of helping other investors navigate the landmine of risks and provide guidance and support to enable other investors to realize the potential returns that are possible in the markets we serve. Today, Morgan Properties manages over 800 properties in Central Indiana, for over 100 other investors located across the United States and abroad who have come to trust us as their local real estate experts.
