It was my first time purchasing a property and having little to no knowledge on it made it even more nerve wracking. Little did I know, Mike would make this process 100x easier. What I enjoyed the most from Mike was his patience to explain every step of the process and really took his time to ensure we were aligned. His communication was outstanding and was there for every question I had. Not only did I come out of this with buying my first property but also with further knowledge regarding the buying process! Highly recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike and his team always kept us updated with any new information. Using his app to send over important information and esigning our documents made everything so much easier. He and his team provided timely updates and were very responsive to my questions and meeting requests. The Fairway website/portal has a wealth of resources, made it extremely easy to submit and keep track of all my documents, and helped to facilitate a quick closing.
