William Hamburg is an experienced Realtor, entrepreneur, and investor in Sedona, Arizona. He is a third-generation real estate professional. With a keen eye for off-market, value-add real estate investments, and a loyal multi generation network, he has built an impressive track record of investing success. William has a unique ability to build successful systems and teams for his projects. As an advisor and early-stage investor he has successfully led to the development of new and existing companies, built lasting teams and guided growing operations. Before creating his first private equity real estate fund, William created a personal portfolio of over 40 properties. He has been a Board of Director for the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors, a member and advocate of the Sedona Affordable Housing Committee as well as other non-profit and government organizations in Arizona.

Will Hamburg was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From scouting homes to the day of the closing, he was right on. Because he has grown up in the area, Will was able to balance our needs with his “insider” knowledge about the neighborhoods. That knowledge was complemented with his remarkable ability to help us sail through the paperwork. I highly recommend Will Hamburg for any real estate endeavor you are about to embark on.
