FBM has been incredible to work with! This is my fourth commercial lease and they have hands down been the easiest and most professional team to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone personally or professionally!

As we were looking where to move next, the property we wanted to view and potently move into was from FBM and we didn't know what to expect, and so we contacted them and within days we heard something back, there office staff was great, they have always answered our questions right then and there, even when signing our lease with Josh, it was just like having a conversation like we had known him prior too and we had never met in person. Everyone has been so helpful and we have recommended several people to them!

I love FBM Management! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Melissa is amazing and so easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for to rent or even use them to manage your rental property.

I've had an amassing experience with FBM. From the moment I called to get an application, their team has been incredibly professional, responsive, and truly invested in making this a great place to live. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the property is always well-maintained, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, and it really shows. I highly recommend FBM to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable and well managed place to call home!

Honestly, FBM is a really good company when you're looking for a place. I worked with a young lady named Mackenzie several times trying to find the perfect place for me and, thanks to her help and to other people at FBM, I found a great place! The team there is very professional and was very helpful during the process.

Really love living here they are so Quick with maintenance and any other request that I’ve had it was really easy to get in and Jake has always been very helpful. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now in the community around my certain complex is unbelievable.. Everybody looks out for each other and knows each other. I’ve had zero problems. Everybody you’re so friendly and anytime I’ve had anything break. They have been so quick to fix it.

I have lived at an FBM property for 2 years now and moving into my 3rd year. The staff and property managers are so very friendly and made me feel at home in my new home. Now as i move again, Nick has made the transition from one FBM property to another a smooth and easy process. Maintenence issues were promptly handled with professionalism and care. I recommend FBM to everyone looking to move into a new home of their own.

My family and I are so thankful for FBM Property. My husband and I seen this house online and didn't really know if we could get in it and FBM made it happen for us. It's convenient because it's right by our kids school. We love the neighborhood and we love the people around us! Thank you again FMB 💓
