I have worked with Ryan many times over the last couple years and have only good things to say. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and well-versed, he also makes what can be a very tedious prcoess as smooth as possible. He’s also not just a lender, he is an investor which is exactly what I’d want for a lender! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of lending services.

Ryan will be the only lender I use going forward for investment properties. Not only is he capable of the lending process w/ the vast array of details that go into making that happen, he’ll help you find the right property too. He has a ton of experience with his own investments so it’s his word I trust the most. The podcast he & Michael run is also loaded with great content for anyone starting out or already in real estate investing.

I have used Ryan for lending, and Michael for agent services and both have been wonderful to work with. I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking for an agent or lender! Ryan is very knowledgeable and has firsthand experience getting creative to fund deals and is able to pass that on to clients. He makes the lending process smooth and easy! Mike is also an expert agent in the Connecticut market and has helped me purchase a few properties. Mike owns investment properties himself and applies his experience to help you through the due diligence process.

I have worked with Ryan for about 8 months now and it's apparent we will continue to work together for a long time. His work ethic, drive, and knowledge has been a boon to me and my business. He is also very personable and truly understands people. It's truly been a joy to work with him. As a mortgage broker there are few lenders that I can consistently count on, and there are even fewer I would leave a review for. He is one of the few that maintains this level of competency in this business. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ryan has done 4 different loans for me in the last year. He answered a question for me on bigger pockets last year and ended up being a great resource as I started my journey into investment real estate. He is extremely helpful and responsive. He also is great about giving different options based on your situation about how to best go about funding. He is the only lender I use now.
