I mainly deal with the property manager (Lance) and the leasing staff and everyone is very responsive, knowledgeable and caring towards the property and tenants. In terms of costs, they are competitive with other management companies in the area and although not cheap, the value they provide seems to be well justified as they are efficient with repairs, tenant placement and low vacancy, handling issues, etc. I would definitely recommend them for a landlord looking to transition over to a property manager.

Between roof leaking in my 3 year old child’s room to multiple pluming issues that have practically flooded my basement with human waist. I am sure to call Robert c white and company as soon as there is a issue. They have been nothing short of horrible every step of the way. I’ve mostly dealt with Kyle from the the company, he has taken days to get back to me, sends plumbers and contractors at his own chosen time and day without informing me on anything. These people show up to my home when I am at work or not home. Call Kyle from Robert c white and he tells me well the issue is on me now becuase I didn’t answer the door for them. I would never recommend anyone to use this company in anyway. This has made renting a home so much more difficult then it has to be. The picture is of the sheet rock “fix” in my sons room.
