I've lived in my apartment for around 8 years, no issues with management or other tenants, kept to myself and have been relatively quiet and clean. OverWatch bought our building earlier this year and I just received a notice to vacate just to they can remodel my unit. I'm poor with a cat and living paycheck to paycheck and they are only giving me till the end of the month.
