I had a different lender at first (before I met Austin), and everything was good. Credit, funds, paperwork were all good. That is until interest rates dropped .50 and they got really busy with refinance loans. Weeks went by and all communication had stopped without reason or notice. I gather the low hanging fruit of refinances trumped my commercial loan. I was staring at losing a lucrative purchase because the first lender had used nearly all of the 90 days that I had in my purchase contract before ghosting me.
