Renting with Wisco Property Managers has been such a great experience. Everything went smoothly, and the team was super helpful and easy to work with every step of the way. My brother and I travel for work twice a year, and we were looking for a shorter-term lease. We rented a place together through Wisconsin Property Managers, and everything was very smooth throughout the entirety of our lease. We had one maintenance request, and that was handled promptly; any time we had questions, they were answered nearly immediately; and overall, they were very kind and willing to work with us in every regard. For a lot of other rental companies in the area that don't seem to care much about their tenants, this company sure showed us that they were willing to do right by their tenants! We'd highly recommend renting through them! Thank you especially to Nicole for always being so responsive to any questions we ever had!

Nicole and Cal made this move the easiest I have ever experienced. They worked consistently with my schedule and answered all of my emails and questions immediately so I could prepare best. The tennant portal is so user friendly and setting up my utilities only took one quick phone call. Five stars!

Very dissapointed as an owner. The company simply refused to provide a copy of all receipts which is one of the reasons that I terminated our relationship. I still want a copy of all receipts. Another problem is the lack of concern from their weekend vendors. A tenact called me and was told that the air conditioner compressor needed to be replaced. A cost would have been over $5000.00(plus their 15% commission) It turned out that is only a relay that needed to be replaced. I was given a quote from WPM to clean some dryer vents for over $5000.00. After reviewing the quote I found other company who would do it less the $2000.00. I hired WPM to get various competitive quotes. Of course they would have received their 15% add on with either one. I was told that pictures would be taken when the leases renewed.That did not happen. I told that their lease would include the non standard lease provisions I had on my prior leases. That did not happen. I still need copies of all bills for the repairs and expect them within 10 days. This includes computations for the sales tax charged and the 15% markup for each repair.
