About us
Our real estate professionals can help with buying, selling, leasing and or managing your properties in the St. Louis Metro East area. Who is the best fit for our property management services? An investor who wants to focus on the strategic decisions for their real estate portfolio and they want to outsource the day-to-day operational activities to a professional. Typically, they want to receive distributions, approve major expenditures and be “kept in the loop”, but beyond that, they will delegate and remain mostly hands off. We are an Illinois licensed real estate brokerage.

Scott managed my rental real estate portfolio for years and did an exemplary job. Always responsive , accountable and easy to deal with. Then when I made the decision to divest my portfolio, he did a very nice job of positioning the properties for sale, then listing and representing me in the sales process. All in all I couldn’t be happier with Scott and his team.

Scott has been a fantastic property manager. He oversaw a significant renovation of my property and found a great tenant for the place. He works very hard and I can't recommend him highly enough.

SGM has been the best property managers I’ve ever had, far and away above the rest who’ve managed my unit. They’ve repaired or replaced everything that was broken or in disrepair when the others did nothing, added safety/convenience things like handrails, decks and extra lighting, and complete regular maintenance of the building. I literally have no complaints, definitely deserving of the rating.
