Erin's spot was straight-up awesome! I booked her property in Naples, Florida. The place was as beautiful as I could imagine and clean, plus she hooked us up with all the basics we needed. Zero complaints about anything - the wifi was solid, everything worked great, and the location was perfect for hitting up all the local spots. Erin was super quick to text back whenever we had questions and gave us some killer food recommendations. Honestly, it felt like crashing at a friend's place. I’ve had to pleasure to stay at various Brighthouse properties within NC. They are always spotless and Erin (the host) has a very professional team to help with any sort of issues that come up. We love staying at the Brighthouse, and so do all my children.

Erin and her team do an incredible job. Meticulous, professional, and so friendly, they are absolutely the best. I'd love to stay at any of their properties because I know I can expect the same level of professionalism, amenities, and beautiful accommodations. They are quick to respond to any question. Can't recommend The Brighthouse enough!

I stayed in one of this company's properties and I literally could not recommend them less. I honestly think they're a scam. I've attached some pictures of the damage of the property and they also ask that you provide personal credit card information prior to your stay. After staying here I was asked to pay $8 from a green stain on some towels I never used. I've never had this kind of experience. Seriously stay away.

Erin was the best host that I have had when booking a rental property! We had one issue and within 24 hours it was fixed. She was very accommodating and the house was like it's own private resort. The house was in the perfect area close the the grocery stores and local bars. The area South End is very such fun neighborhood with bars, shops and convenience to get to downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay at her place again.

Erin, we can’t thank you enough, We had a house full of family that helped us celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at the beautiful Birdsong bungalow. This sparkling clean, cozy townhome was fully equipped with everything we needed including many games to make sure the kids and the adults had a wonderful time. This home is in a great location, close to great restaurants and entertainment. Erin and her staff were very helpful and professional, making sure that our stay was memorable. We will definitely book here again soon.

I enjoyed my stay at Garden Oasis. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was large with a separate bedroom amd spacious living and dining room. The unit was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional - perfect for preparing meals. The living room had comforable couches and a big screen tv with plenty of channels and streaming options. If your future plans take you to Asheville, i highly recommend the Garden Oasis!
