My wife and I have been personally impacted by the power of Real Estate. I was a full time fitness coach working 10+ hours a day for 5 years, just trading hours for dollars. We bought our first househack in 2020, and it provided the cashflow for me to quit my job. Now I pursue Real Estate full time, own 3 properties (2 Airbnb's & 1 Mid Term Rental), and I get to help others achieve their dreams of financial freedom.

My husband and I were incredibly overwhelmed with the home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we were in over our heads and knew very little. Not only did Jon do a great job of helping us understand the market, he also made a point to make our house buying experience a positive one. He checked in regularly, negotiated on our behalf, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. He was dependable throughout our entire experience. Jon had a genuine care for us and was eager to land us the best home. And he did just that! Would 10/10 recommend Eden Realty Group!

Today, I bought my second duplex, and just like the first home purchase, Jon was there to assist me at every step. I will say that the process was less intimidating the second time around, but I still had a million questions from the moment I found the property to signing the documents at the closing table. Jon quickly responded to texts and emails and answered every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he would find someone who did know expeditiously. I felt confident in my choices and knew everything was handled correctly for a smooth purchase. Jon, Eden Realty, and his network of colleagues are the people you want in your corner if you buy your first or tenth home. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks, dude!

Our first time homebuyer experience exceeded all expectations thanks to the professionalism and efforts of Jon. Before we embarked on this search, he took the time to meet with us and guide us through how to navigate the real estate market. He provided insightful reads, observations, and recommendations; which ultimately helped us educate ourselves and better understand our needs. Once we determined our requirements and budget, Jon walked us through the entire process, end to end, without making us feel overwhelmed by the amount of information. His ability to share knowledge and provide support is paramount. Jon did an amazing job making the home buying process seamless. From start to finish he ensured that things were upfront discussed and ensured to get my perspective. On top of that, I got paid to buy my own home who can beat that! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! To say the least this is who you want in your corner for real estate! He knows the ins and outs!
