My husband and I have been working with Hoss at Cobalt Property Management. Hoss has been extremely kind and patient. Quite often it is very difficult to communicate with management companies; Hoss however gets back to me immediately. When you communicate with him you can tell he is actively listening; you know you have his full attention. This gives me a sense of trust in the company. I am eager to continue to work with them.

Hoss has been a breath of fresh air to work with after firing our old property management company. He is very detailed oriented and responds quickly. We have appreciated the wealth of knowledge that he has to guide us with next steps for our property.

Hoss Evey is excellent to work with, I had talked to a couple property managers before hiring Colbalt Property Management but Hoss was very knowledgeable and flexible to work with my needs. If you are looking for a property manager I would strong recommend Hoss Evey, super happy with my experience.

After receiving terrible service from my previous property manager, I was recommended Cobalt Property Management by my real estate agent. Wow! I have never been more impressed with the level of service and communication I received in preparing and posting a listing for my rental unit. Hoss is responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I could not be happier and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for top-notch property management and customer service.

Cobalt Property Management is my go to for any rental needs. I am a real estate agent and I often get inquiries about rentals and management of investment properties and I will always refer them to Doc at Cobalt.
Doc is quick to answer phone calls and take care of the needs of my clients, whether they need an apartment to rent or their real estate portfolio managed professionally.
