I was first an investor and now consider myself an investor advocate and Realtor. I specialize in working with out-of-state investors and like to work with people trying to house hack their way to their first deal since that's what I did! We have done a total of 6 transactions with Tony and evaluated probably 60 or more properties with him. We have ultimately decided to sell our rentals after hitting FI numbers, but we are extremely grateful to have had Tony help us on our path and I highly recommend him for out of state investors, in state investors, and house hackers -- we have been all 3!

Tony has been an outstanding partner in real estate. I've bought a half a dozen multifamily properties through Tony and his team, and have now sold a couple. He and his people have always been responsive, profession, and hard working in getting deals done that were sometimes difficult.
