Keasy took over management of my fourplex from a dysfunctional property management company. Within less than a month, they rented the vacant unit that had been on the market for two months prior. One issue that held us back on buying our building was the maintenance calls. No one wants to answer them in the middle of the night and we didn’t want to pay a management company 10%. When we found Keasy and their 24/7 tenant support service it solved this problem. They’re always there to handle it, and we finally have peace of mind. Best decision we’ve made. Owning our building is so easy with Keasy.
