Minimal interaction. No flexibility. They knew we were moving out mid month and driving 1000 miles away. However, move out instructions were sent after we had already left. We have been gone over 3 weeks and still no return on deposit. We left the unit cleaner than when we moved in.

I've been renting my apartment through Green Ivy as of 3 weeks ago. From the very beginning Brianna was great in keeping me updated on my application process. Everything was very straight forward and made simple for us. The first two weeks of living there my family and I only encountered very minor issues which I reached out to Green Ivy through email and was in communication with the Property Manager, Kevin who was very efficient on getting our maintenance issues taken care of the following day. I overall appreciate the communication with the entire team. They offer different forms of payments to make things easy for tenants. I really like the Residents App; it works great to see your payments and keep track and also another source of communication. Thank you Green Ivy for making renting so much easier and taking care of your tenants!

While I didn't end up applying for the apartment, I do want to take time to leave a review for Brianna L, who showed me the apartment. Apartment hunting is incredibly difficult, stressful and time consuming. Leasing agents are sometimes not responsive and can be fairly rude. Brianna was the complete opposite. She was very kind, personable, answered all of my questions, was patient, thorough, really amazing.

We just hit our first year with Green Ivy Realty and I couldn't be any happier with them! From the communication to schedule our viewing last year, to the ease if the application process and then finally signing the lease, was all a very pleasant experience. Now as tenants, the sentiments are the same. The office replies in a timely manner and repairs or concerns are addressed with the highest priority.
