I combine financial planning with one-on-one real estate coaching and strategy to help my clients make better investment purchases, optimize what they have, and make better sell/1031 decisions to maximize their returns. I'm also a real estate investor (13 doors, syndications) and a Real Estate Financial Coach, and I am working through the CCIM curriculum so I can serve clients at the highest level, especially when it comes to multifamily. My goal is to help my clients make the best investment decisions that mitigate the downsides and maximize potential returns.
