With the indoor temperature climbing to 80 degrees due to the high outdoor heat, we were understandably quite uncomfortable and concerned. Despite the fact that it was after hours, she went above and beyond to address our situation. Her responsiveness and kindness were truly appreciated. Carol worked diligently to secure the earliest possible appointment for a technician to visit our home. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to have the issue resolved promptly, and the temperature in our home was brought back to a comfortable level without too much delay. Her communication throughout the process was outstanding, and her customer service was top-notch. What truly stood out was that Carol didn’t stop there. A week later, she followed up with us to check if everything was still running smoothly and if we needed any further assistance. This level of care and attention to detail is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Her professionalism and commitment made a challenging situation much more manageable. I enjoyed living at my home and the location very much. The staff at Market Place Homes do a wonderful job. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care for my move out. Her friendly help and timely response was a great help during a very busy time for my transition.

Real talk, had some issues with the home I am currently renting through Marketplace. That happens though, it’s how your management company deals with it that is important and telling of who they are. Lisa Guinn has been nothing short of amazing at her clear and constant communication with me while attending to my issues. To be clear, none of the issues were marketplaces fault, the home was a new build they purchased and rented to me. Lisa is always so polite, so quick , the speed at which she handles issues is amazing. I just can’t say enough good things about her, her team and the owners.
