In addition, he is an active investor in the St. Louis real estate market managing a personal portfolio of over thirty properties. Adam is a licensed broker, realtor, and owner of Intersection Real Estate, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company. With a deep understanding of the St. Louis real estate market, Adam leads a team of dedicated agents and property managers who bring a diverse set of skills and expertise to the table. So Some background on my situation previous to them, I'm a Newer Investor and have some multi Family's Properties in St louis city that were previously Being Managed By a Different Property Management Company in the beginning of this year and at the time was Failing to Rent Out the Units and failed to Keep my tenants Happy and or Needs Taken care of in a Timely Manner, The Situation was So Bad I had To basically Run the Properties Myself But Still had the Displeasure Of Paying for the Service that was Horrible and fee Hungry this along with a full time Job was Very Stress Inducing.
After months of the Previous Property Management Failing Their Duties I knew I had to Fire them and Start Looking for a New Property Management Company, So After 2 Interviews of with Reps Of Some Other Companies that Sounded very Uninterested in making sure my Portfolio was getting the Attention it needed and Sounded more interested in Charing me and my tenants crazy Monthly Fees on services that just didn't make Sense or benefited them at the Price they Wanted to Charge so on my Third Interview Came Across intersection, and had a Meeting With Jeanie the First of Many Great Staff they Have here, and after just talking to her Already I noticed a difference in care, She was very understating and took her Time answering all my questions and Concerns and walked me Through what it would Be like what it would realistically take to get My tenants and Property in the Best Shape they can Be in and had a Human Element the Others Didn't which was Very Refreshing, after this phone call I was Thinking to Myself "well these Guys have to cost more Given level Of Dedication Their willing to Put in" and sure enough When she emailed me the Prices I was Shocked to Discover I Would be Actually saving quite a bit of Money with them, so this was Obviously a no Brainer to Me that if there is One Company that can get me back on track it gonna be these Guys, so after Another Month and Half (had to Honor my Contract with the Old PM) I called her Again and Practically begged her to send me the Forms So I can Sign on.
Not even a couple Hours Later I was Introduced to a Carolyn their onboarding Specialist and was Shocked at the Level of Due diligence and Pride she takes in what she dose, but Humble enough to ask me questions on things she's Unsure about and asks me for My input on Property Information and makes sure its all 100 Percent Correct. Once all my Properties Were on boarded I was introduced to Aiden and Danny for the Make ready Process and to No surprise these Guys were just as great they Got out to the Properties quickly and Their No Nonsense approach got me a Report with a vid and pics along with a List of Items that are concerning to them and they Provided a Transparency on issues in the units would impact the Quality of Life on the Future tenants after this they sent the Request to Get the Contractor In and Quote Me out what it would Cost to the units Turned Over to get back on the market and to be fair I was a bit concerned at this point because the Old PM had Already Given me Quotes but it was Very Very High and just wasn't Realistic to Some Other Quotes I got to do the same Work, But when the Quotes came in It was Very Competitive to the others was it The Cheapest? No, BUT it was Priced Great and in combination with the Benefit of all Being Under One Company is a massive Plus, so once I got theirs I approved them as Quick as I could. once I approved them they were off to the Races Mobilizing Quickly to get the work done.
Right now were at the stage were most of my vacancies are currently listed or will be Within a week and Half of Writing this review, then new Tenants along with the old ones, I Got Under them are Super happy About Their End of the Move in Process as well and everything was Made Super Simple for them as well.
What my old PM couldn't do in 8 months They did in 1.5,
Over all 10/10, I could go on and on About the Positives but I'm pretty sure some of you would think I'm on their Payroll if I do lol

All I can say is that the staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! Jennie is wonderful and her staff is beyond excellent, I say this because they have worked with me and kept communication open. I'm truly blessed to have a landlord that really cares and listen to the needs. Overall thank you everyone for helping me and I will be renewing my lease with yall again

I have been with Intersection for quite sometime I have been in my apartment for four years . This building has gone thru multiple rental agencys and owners. But I would like to say that the staff are so genuine so dedicated and have good communication as well as empathy for thier tenants. I am glad to have intersection realty as my landlord they have even over extended them selves with me as a tenant even sent out an olive branch to me going thru life on life terms. I send angels and peace to all of you at Intersection Reality. U are the best

dont trust these people to fix anything for you, all they care about is getting rent on time. took 7 months, 6 different repair men, and multiple requests to come to the unit to have a dryer fixed/replaced, now the showers are clogged and are flooding the downstairs unit when used. they dont send proper repairmen out at all, they would fix things with a roll of duct tape if they could
edit after response: the most unprofessional response in the world, but not surprising seeing how they have responded to others. if anyone is thinking of doing any sort of business w these people, renting or using as property management, i suggest looking for others that are more professional and respectful than these people are. should be easy to find!

I have had a leak in my unit since 5/2024. It is 10/11/2024 when I'm writing this review. The leak has made copious amounts of black mold grow and the company has been dragging their feet to get it fixed. Just found out in Missouri I have the right to withhold rent if the issue is not resolved in 14 days. I may take that next step but dont want to if I dont have to. The lack of communication is very frustrating though and I dont want to get sick in my unit because theyre lazy. Beware.

Don't ever use this company as your 3rd party company as an owner of homes. I have maintenence requests from over a year ago that havent been done. Yet I will get evicted if I don't pay rent within 15 days and get a late fee if I am late. Yet they refuse to fix anything in the house. The office management won't even call me back, it's been a year!! Sink leaking, missing 8 smoke detectors, old fence and the concrete blocks in the yard from building new fence last summer, never picked up. Promised my air ducts would be cleaned.
I am using a 3 month filter in 1 month the debris is so bad. Broken doors. They had me take 2 different days off work last year and didn't show both times. (To do the same job)They didn't contact me and when I made a complaint on office manager vm. NOTHING.

I’ve been a renter for over a year. And to say that the professionalism is awesome is an understatement. They’re extremely courteous & considerate, And also compassionate, Whenever I have any maintenance issues it’s literally a 24 hour turnaround or less and also a follow up to make sure the work was done sufficiently. When I call the office it feels as if Im in talking to a friend I’m overly satisfied with this company and I look forward to renting from them for years to come⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scam! Scam! Do not do business with this company! My mom submitted and paid for her application more than a month ago. She was told the home was just placed back on the market and she would be the first application. She has never heard back from them. She has called them, left multiple voicemails, and even sent text messages. She finally spoke with someone and they still had no answers. Then, she tried to call them again, no answer anymore because they recognize the number. Now the house she applied for has been taken off the market. Still no call from them! They basically just took her money! How unprofessional can you be to not tell someone whether or not they have been approved or denied!?! All she wants is her money back now!! Hopefully they have the decency to contact her back and return it! If they go no contact when you apply for a place, just imagine actually renting from them! Please save your money!
